Vini Wines are produced specifically for Bulgarian Master Vintners in Bulgaria’s Southern Thracian Valley, an area with a long history of wine growing. All the Vini wines are 100 percent varietal and demonstrate the traditional characteristics of each wine. The Vini line has been lauded by such outlets as Wine Enthusiast, eRobertParker.com, and The Washington Post.
Vini Chardonnay: No oak here! The stainless steel fermentation of this Chardonnay gives the wine it’s silky, light-to-medium body. It opens nicely with fresh green apple aromas and just a hint of fresh cut grass. Perfect for picnics or parties.
Vini Sauvignon Blanc: Citrus and nectarine notes characterize this stainless steel-fermented refreshing wine. The crisp fruit and bright acid give way to a mineral finish that complements seafood.
Vini Pinot Noir: Cherry notes are wrapped in ripe tannin in this bright, easy-drinking Pinot Noir. Medium-bodied with a hint of toasted nuts on the finish, it pairs beautifully with pork, duck or salmon.
Vini Merlot: With a deep ruby color and aromas of toasty black raspberry pie, this dryish, medium-body table wine has balanced tannins and good structure.
Vini Cabernet Sauvignon: Aromas of blackberry and toffee follow a round, juicy entry to this Cabernet with good depth and balance. It finishes with roasted nut, roasted pepper, delicate spice nuances, and soft tannins.
Domaine Boyar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon: Black cherry and dark fruit flavors lend elegance to this dry, full-bodied wine. It is balanced and bright with acidity, and has a long finish showing deep espresso notes.
